- What if I don't have a PayPal account?
No problem, PayPal allows you to use a credit card as well, it is fast, safe and secure. If you would rather order by mail you can mail us your order and send a check or money order to: Active Backgrounds PO Box 3725 Grand Rapids MI 49501-3725
- How do you ship your products?
We ship USPS priority mail. U.S. orders will be received with in 2-3 days from date shipped.
- How long will it take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2-3 days but due to high demand please allow up to 2-3 weeks.
- What is your return policy?
If for you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it for a full refund less S/H. All returns are donated to Good Will or Salvation Army so the world will still benefit. (Funny thing is we haven't had one single return.)
- Will you have more products available?
Yes what would you like to see? We will print on anything you want. (Teddy bears, baby clothes, mouse pads, coffee cups etc.) All these make great gifts. Please email us your requests.
- I have a slogan I would like to share with those around me, will you print my slogan?
Yes, if it upholds what Active Backgrounds is trying to promote, but there is a $10.00 setup fee and we retain the right to sell that slogan on our products.
